How do you define mid life? Being Age 66 the body changes are a bit confusing; Mystery pain Prescriptions work differently Joint pain Joint replacement Appetite shifts Sleep issues Sex drive changes Bowel function changes Vision changes Mental changes (memory) Etc. Too many to list. If this is middle aged, what does elderly bring? Oh yeah, it is exciting. Like watching your home burn. LOL For 65 years I knew my body perfectly. No more. Cripes, I don’t get on the floor without a plan to get up! Oh, and your husband dies, and you find yourself in a digital cesspool of dating or alone. Exciting!
