Veronica Lujic Presents: Exploring Non-Monogamous Relationships

Thursday, December 11th, 2025 | 12pm – 1 pm

One in five Americans has tried a consensual non-monogamous relationship. That means one in 20 is in one right now. Extensive research shows that these individuals are experiencing fulfilling, emotionally intimate and supportive relationships. People who choose non-monogamy most commonly see it as an opportunity for personal, emotional, and/or sexual growth, and for creating a community that deepens their connections through new and fun experiences. However, every type of relationship comes with its own challenges. In this webinar, Lujic will explore the many facets of non-monogamy, in order to help individuals determine if this type of relationship fits their values and is right for them.

Lujic will talk about the following:

  • What is non-monogamy
  • The complexities and challenges of this relationship style
  • Communication and transparent conversations
  • Establishing clearly defined boundaries and conflict resolution strategies
  • Being open to encountering feelings from your past that may resurface
  • Support, respect and regular check-ins

The webinar is open to therapists, educators, the general public, and anyone who wants to learn more about non-monogamy.

Participants may ask questions via chat during the webinar. Lujic will answer these following her presentation.
